Our executive relocation division serves professionals, executives, and high-net-worth clients requiring discretion, precision, and binding price certainty. Our USDOT number is on file with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

Information You Provide

• Identity information — name, phone number, email address
• Relocation details — origin and destination locations, target move date, residence type
• Professional context — optional field used solely to prepare your coordinator for your engagement (e.g., physician relocation timeline, corporate reporting date)
• Inventory data — items and quantities submitted through the Executive Inventory Assessment

Information Collected Automatically

• Analytics — page interactions, session duration, referring source (via Google Analytics 4)
• Device data — IP address, browser type, device type (collected by Cloudflare)
• Session storage — temporary browser data used to carry your quote details between form steps; cleared automatically when you close your browser tab

3. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate and issue a binding moving estimate based on your submitted inventory
• To assign and brief your senior moving coordinator prior to their outreach
• To confirm your move details, reserve your date, and coordinate logistics
• To send SMS coordination updates, if you have provided explicit written consent
• To comply with FMCSA regulations and applicable federal and state law

4. SMS Text Message Consent

SMS consent is never a condition of receiving moving services or a binding estimate from AEY Moving LLC. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting your engagement.

We will not share your phone number with any third party for their marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. Period. Disclosure is limited to the following:

• Operational service providers — Granot/HelloMoving (move coordination CRM), Resend (transactional email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Cloudflare (hosting, security, and DDoS protection). All providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data solely on our behalf.
• Legal compliance — disclosure required by law, court order, FMCSA regulation, or to protect the legal rights of AEY Moving LLC.
• Business succession — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

We do not work with moving brokers, lead aggregators, or any third-party marketers. Your relocation engagement is handled exclusively by AEY Moving LLC personnel.

6. Data Retention

Personal and inventory data submitted through our consultation process is retained for up to 3 years following your engagement, consistent with FMCSA recordkeeping requirements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8). Certain data may be retained longer where required by law.

7. Cookies and Session Storage

• Browser session storage — used exclusively to pre-populate your inventory form with details entered on the quote form. This data is never transmitted to external servers and is automatically cleared when you close the tab.
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated, anonymized usage data. Opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
• Cloudflare — necessary security and performance cookies set by our hosting infrastructure.

8. Your Rights

• Access — request a complete copy of the personal information we hold on your engagement
• Correction — request correction of any inaccurate information
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your personal information
• SMS opt-out — reply STOP to any message, effective immediately
• Data portability — request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without consequence to your service engagement

9. Children's Privacy

Our executive relocation services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Contact us immediately if you believe a minor's information has been submitted in error.

10. Security

We employ HTTPS encryption across all digital properties, Cloudflare security headers and WAF protection, server-side rate limiting on all form submissions, and input sanitization to prevent injection attacks. While no digital transmission is absolutely secure, we maintain standards consistent with the sensitivity of our clientele's information.

11. Changes to This Policy

Material changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
